The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile wallet account used for the deposit, which must be registered in the account holder's name.

4.3 Source of Funds

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500, and ৳15,000 (৳1,500 × 10) must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.2 Ongoing Promotions

vip bhaji regularly offers various bonus promotions. Each offer has its own terms:

• Weekly vip bhaji Reward: 30% of qualifying deposit, up to ৳5,000, 15x wagering, minimum deposit ৳200.
• vip bhaji Cricket Festival: 50% of qualifying deposit, up to ৳8,000, 20x wagering, minimum deposit ৳200.
• Friday Special Offer: 40% of qualifying deposit, up to ৳6,000, 18x wagering, minimum deposit ৳200.
• vip bhaji Birthday Gift: up to ৳1,500, 10x wagering; can be claimed once in the month of the registered date of birth.
• Refer a Friend Bonus: up to ৳2,000, 12x wagering; automatically credited after the referred friend's first deposit.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If any strategy is used to gain bonuses, bonuses are claimed through multiple accounts, or any attempt is made to misuse bonuses, the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited. A second bonus cannot be activated while one is already active.

6.1 Placing and Cancelling Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the outcome of the bet will be determined in accordance with vip bhaji's applicable rules. Bets on cancelled events are generally refunded.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game or bet is left incomplete due to server problems, internet disconnection, or other technical faults, the outcome will be determined based on the system's log records. vip bhaji reserves the right to cancel bets placed on the basis of incorrect odds or payouts displayed due to an error.

6.3 Maximum Bet and Payout Limits

vip bhaji may set maximum bet and payout limits in any section. These limits may vary by section and event. Any amount exceeding the set limit will automatically be reduced to match the limit.

6.4 Finality of Game Results

The results of all games and sports bets will be considered final unless clear evidence of a technical fault or data error is found. Results recorded in the game provider's system will be treated as definitive.

Any of the following activities is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform
• Using any software, bots, or automated methods to bet or play
• Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account
• Betting on an event after already knowing its result (match fixing or gaining an unfair advantage)
• Conducting transactions using a third party's account or identity
• Attempting to launder money or clean illegal funds under the cover of legitimate activity
• Insulting, threatening, or attempting to defraud other users of the platform
